                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A PERSONAL SERVICE CONTRACT WITH
                   JOYCE SMITH RELATIVE TO THE RENTAL
                   REHABILITATION PROGRAM AT A RATE OF TWENTY
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($20.00) PER HOUR NOT TO
                   EXCEED NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($9,600.00) FOR A SIX (6) MONTH TIME

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a Personal Service Contract with Joyce Smith relative
       to the Rental Rehabilitation Program at a rate of $20.00 per hour 

       not to exceed $9,600.00 for a six month time period.
